- Greets members by name and provides outstanding service with a smile to our members and their guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Knowledgeable of all menu items offered. Serves food courses and alcoholic beverages to members and/or guests.
- Enters all orders in the POS system in an accurate and timely manner.
- Resolves service issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Communicates pertinent information to the kitchen to ensure outstanding member experiences.
- Follows work schedule, operating, and safety procedures to meet workplace expectations.
- Communicates any safety, service, or other concerns to management for resolution.
- Other duties as required
- Must have previous service experience.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hospitality experience is preferred.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the desire to exceed member service expectations.
- ServSafe certification preferred.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
