What You Will Do
Manage the care of pregnant woman at SGPC incorporating basic philosophical tenets of midwife-led care.

These include facilitation of natural processes, family-centered care, continuity of care, and the woman's right to participate knowledgeably in her own childbearing experience.

Reviews and revise as needed policies and procedures / Guidelines as delegated by Perinatal Clinic Coordinator.

Prospective Chart Review:
Presents high-risk cases to the Perinatal physician as needed for review as needed for management of care.

Retrospective Chart Review:
Contributes to review of charts utilizing standard and individual chart as directed by Coordinator.
Reviews as requested by coordinator, selected cases of LBW

  • Primary care
Provides primary care in the outpatient setting to include but not/limited to ante partum, postpartum and family planning. Measurement may include (but may not be limited to) trended quality repo
