- Develop and design marketing materials that align with the branding and promotional needs of Boost Organic Inc. and our clients.
- Assist with the visual aspects of advertising campaigns, including layout design, typography, and image selection.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce digital and print assets for various campaigns and events.
- Engage in the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring a cohesive visual style across all media.
- The Volunteer is expected to dedicate a minimum of 5-10 hours per week to their duties. Specific hours are flexible, subject to prior agreement with Charles Mbakop or the appropriate supervisor.
- You have 1+ years of graphic/visual design experience.
- You have excellent visual taste and the ability to develop wireframes and prototypes.
- You are proficient in Figma, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar design tools.
- You have experience delivering multiple projects with cross-disciplinary teams.
- You can balance delightful design with the need to move quickly and iterate.
- Experience in creating marketing assets for major brands.
- Experience working for an early-stage startup, contributing to a company where your work will be directly applied.
