What You'll Do:

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Participate in branding initiatives and represent MetroStar at recruiting events.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including social media platforms and job boards.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
