Currently, the Charleston team supports 120 people in need of care in their daily lives in our facility. In addition to full-time care, our nursing services include short-term care, respite care, and care for severely dependent individuals.

Your new tasks

Make a real difference

  • You participate in shift planning and conduct nursing and staff visits in the residential area
  • You train new employees and conduct regular team meetings
  • You communicate and cooperate with all areas of the facility and advise, accompany, and support the employees of the residential area
  • You ensure resident-oriented, individual basic and treatment care
  • You are responsible for planning, implementing, and controlling
