Job Overview:
Duties:
- Assist customers with basic product information, and issue resolution
- Strategically schedule and dispatch our technician teams.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns or sales opportunities
- Utilize software to document customer interactions and update account information
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department
- Close jobs by collecting payments, rescheduling, and sending estimates.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills in English
- Proven experience in customer service roles
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable services
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems in a fast paced environment.
- Detail oriented, punctual, and dependable
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and handling high call volumes Service Titan experience a plus Most importantly, the ability to work well with others and have fun
