We are an emerging online provider for large format digital printing with a focus on advertising formats such as banners and flags.


Job Profile / Requirements:

Your main responsibilities include dedicated customer support and consultation via phone and email.

As a qualified clerk/customer service representative in the online shop sector, you play a crucial role in interacting with our customers.

This includes handling inquiries and follow-ups via email, as well as answering incoming calls on our hotline. Another aspect of your role is processing incoming orders through our online shop and creating quotes. This includes tasks such as reviewing and adjusting print data. Strong communication skills, empathy, and a service-oriented mindset are essential for this position.

Providing prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries and offering comprehensive information are crucial for building and maintaining positive customer relationships.


Responsibilities:


  • Customer service and consultation for our large format printing products
  • Customer consultation via phone and email
  • Coordination of orders and inquiries with our suppliers
  • Clarification and coordination of logistics issues
  • Order processing and quote creation

Qualifications:

  • Completed education (preferably with a background in advertising technology / commercial training)
  • Experience in customer service / customer communication
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with the online shop software Magento is advantageous, but not mandatory
  • Ideally, professional experience in the industry
  • Reliability and teamwork skills
  • Independent and solutionoriented work style
  • Excellent German skills, basic knowledge of English, additional language skills are advantageous
