Revenue Enablement, Just-in-Time Platform Manager (Spekit)


We are looking for a detailed, technical, empathetic, and results-oriented Platform Manager to join a Global Revenue Enablement team that supercharges ZoomInfo's Go-To-Market organization.

Gartner's _2022 Gartner Revenue Success Story _research_ _found that organizations that deliver just-in-time enablement were 3.5x more likely to exceed their customer retention targets.

Organizations that used contextual behavioral nudges were 2x more effective at driving customer acquisition and 1.9x more likely to see revenue growth.

We are evolving our Enablement delivery to further meet our sellers where they are by developing just-in-time programming.

This will provide a more relevant vehicle to bring deal coaching, process changes, tools training, and more to the front lines.

We need you to own and shape this programming and to manage the platform that makes it possible.


What you will do:


  • Coordinate with adjacent teams to scope, develop, and design content programming
  • Work with Revenue Enablement teammates and Sales leadership to support sales process changes with awareness and messaging design
  • Codevelop an asynchronous sales coaching program
  • Establish an operating model with adjacent teams to support, report, an optimize content programs
  • Help earn and retain seller trust in our critical enablement systems, primarily Spekit
  • Shape and administer the system
  • Manage content publishing processes
  • Own content lifecycle management
  • Maintain metadata hygiene to ensure users can search and find content quickly
  • Support our internal customers
  • Collaborate with content owners
  • Coordinate with the Enablement Platforms team
  • Creatively solve problems
  • Help define users' platform experience
  • Support usage reporting and data analysis
  • Present with impact and creativity on the outcomes you drive for the org

What you bring:


  • Role_
  • Experience troubleshooting problems with end users
  • Experience working with revenue organizations including; sales, solution consultants, and/or customer experience roles
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple initiatives of varying complexity and timeframes
  • Experience managing, organizing, and optimizing large volumes of content in systems
  • Familiarity with usage reporting, trend analysis, and using spreadsheet tools
  • Experience working on international internal teams is a plus
  • Technology_
  • Expertise in using hybrid communication tools such as, Zoom, Vidyard, and Slack
  • Demonstrated experience with content authoring, packaging, and management tools used in enablement organization including:
  • Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite
  • Learning management systems
  • Content management platforms such as Seismic, Highspot, etc.
  • Experience with ZoomInfo SalesOS, Chorus, Engage or its competitor solutions is a plus

This is a hybrid role, working a minimum of three days per week from one of our US office locations.

The US base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000 + annual bonus + benefits.
