We are currently seeking a
Call Center Agent (m/f/d) to join our team in Ashwaubenon, WI for a period of 3 months starting on March 15, 2023.

Your responsibilities:

  • Providing telephone advice to customers before and after their purchase regarding tires, rims, and accessories
  • Processing customer orders
  • Resolving customer inquiries professionally and to their satisfaction

Your profile:

  • Previous experience in telephone customer service is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of working with people
  • Solutionoriented and customerfocused approach
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications
  • Willingness to work shifts between 8:00 am and 6:30 pm
