Your tasks
Your input counts - for your colleagues, you are the reliable point of contact when it comes to technical support.
You provide advice on all topics related to Microsoft M365 or internal applications on PCs and mobile devices, ensuring smooth processes.
Together towards the goal - in personal exchange with the employee, you act as a guide in problem identification and develop individual solutions.
Everything in view - you document work processes in our internal ticket system and at the same time maintain the current IT inventory.
(currently Remedy, ServiceNow in preparation)Behind the scenes - thanks to your know-how in the installation, support and maintenance of IT equipment and decentralized systems (computers, printers, telephony, media technology, LAN/WAN, etc.), you make a decisive contribution to our productivity increase.
