Our client, a psychiatric specialist clinic with over 250 beds, is currently seeking a senior physician for their forensic department in Collingdale.

The forensic unit has 100 treatment places and consists of two specialized areas with more than 5 different wards. Additionally, the opening of an open ward is planned for this year. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES - CHALLENGING AND DIVERSE * Management of a specialized area with multiple wards * Leadership of a multidisciplinary team * Senior physician supervision * Maintenance and improvement of quality standards * Participation in on-call duty YOUR PROFILE - PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL * Specialist recognition in psychiatry and psychotherapy * Previous experience in forensic psychiatry is desirable * Additional qualification in forensic psychiatry is desirable * Authoritative demeanor * Patient and understanding approach * Strong communication skills
