Where and how will you serve customers?
- Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer.
- In this position, you will provide pest control services for commercial businesses, residential buildings, hotels, restaurants, schools, and other establishments
- Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services that meet customer needs for a complete pest management program.
- Serve as a problem solver for your customer to decide on the most efficient and best overall pest solution for each customer's needs.
- Complete company paid training and learn the skills required to be responsible for the daily operation of a pest control service route.
- Properly operate and maintain all necessary tools & equipment assigned to the route.
- Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services that meet customer needs for a complete pest management program.
- Complete all required servicerelated documentation and leverage your handheld device provided for speed and accuracy.

What do you need to be successful?
- Valid driver's license required with a good driving record
- Ability to work in the field independently, manage routebased assignments and interact with our customers.
What will my work environment be like?
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
- Lift and carry up to 50lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc. including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHAcompliant respirator.
- Willing to work in different types of weather conditions.
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
