We are currently seeking a full-time *Call Center Agent* (m/f/d) to join our team at Chattahoochee Hills as soon as possible.

- Actively research and make outbound calls to acquire new customers
- Serve as the main point of contact for our new and existing customers, using your strong communication skills to build customer loyalty
- Support the team in sales campaigns, actively reaching out to customers, and providing follow-up and consultation services to generate sales success
- Regularly communicate with other departments

- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in sales-oriented phone work (but not required)
- Strong interest in sales
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone
- Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and ability to remain calm under pressure
