What's Involved:

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead followup and outbound communication.
• Cold calling to industry lists.
• Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning, organizing, and maintaining a daily work schedule.
• Research new accounts, identify key decisionmakers, generate interest, focus efforts to close sales, and achieve monthly quotas.
• Monitor competition by gathering marketplace information, evaluating sales efforts, and researching competitive developments.
• Resolve client complaints by investigating issues, suggesting solutions, preparing reports, and soliciting managerial input.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing goals and assisting in other areas as needed.
