- Manages the employee pre-boarding and onboarding process. This includes being the first point of contact for all new hires, managing the first week schedule, working with hiring managers on the 30/60/90 training process and JIRA requirements
- Manages the employee termination process. This includes filing resignation letters, coordinating last day meetings and JIRA requirements
- Creates employee data reports or update existing reports, such as onboarding/offboarding reports, EEX monthly reports, organizational charts and reports for audits
- Assists the social committee with the coordination and hosting of company events
- Act as liaison between employee and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices and regulations
- Supports performance review and career development processes
- Supports Talent Acquisition team with open positions as needed, this may include developing recruitment postings and recruitment platform messages, scheduling phone screens and onsite interviews
- Assist with college recruiting efforts, to include registering for college fairs, coordinating schedules, and attending college fairs
- Supports visa administration as needed
- Performs other related HR and recruitment duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field required
- Previous experience in a professional environment, such as an internship
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality while being entrusted with sensitive data
- Ability to source and identify key and qualified talent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Exceptional technical skills and proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office
- Strong social aptitude and ability to build relationships
