    Description
    We are hiring a

    Finance Systems Analyst

    for an education client based in California. This is a Direct Hire / full time role with great benefits that is looking to hire ASAP



    Responsibilities:
    Lead improvements in financial systems, primarily Workday and Adaptive Planning.
    Test existing systems to maintain departmental operations.
    Maintain and enhance

    Workday and Adaptive Planning systems.
    Provide user support, data mapping, and ensure data integrity.
    Identify errors, create validation rules, and generate necessary reports for system enhancements.
    Conduct training sessions and create documentation for effective system utilization.
    Foster relationships and support colleagues across departments.


    Skills and Qualifications:
    Proficiency in

    Workday, including FDM, security, custom reporting, and Financial Modules.
    Understanding of

    Finance operations, GAAP, and data management.
    Ability to prioritize tasks, thrive in a dynamic environment, and deliver timely resolutions.
    Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    Experience with remote work and technology platforms.

    Supervisory

    Responsibilities:
    Does not involve direct supervision but requires effective influence and credibility building.


    Education and Experience:
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    3+ years of relevant work experience.
    Experience with

    Workday Finance configuration

    preferred.


    Working Hours and Travel:
    Full-time position with occasional additional hours as needed.
    Based in California with remote work flexibility.
    Some travel to Northern California (up to 10%)
