Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) in the Energy Sector

Are you a natural communicator with a passion for customer interaction? Do you enjoy talking on the phone and have some previous experience in customer service?

If so, then we have the perfect opportunity for you We are currently seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for our client, a leading company in the energy service industry, located in Leipzig.

Your Responsibilities

Providing telephone and written support to customers on topics such as heating cost statements, smoke detectors, and water analysis

Managing relationships with prestigious corporate clients in the Leipzig area

Handling all aspects of case management, including coordinating routes for field colleagues (m/f/d), managing complaints, and de-escalating conflicts

Your Profile

Completed vocational training, ideally in a commercial field, or several years of experience in customer service

High level of customer service orientation and enjoyment of customer interaction

Fluent in German

Proficient in MS Office and experience with SAP is a plus
