To further expand our location, we are looking for a Controller / Business Partner / Navigator (m/f/d) in full-time.

What sets you apart ✓ Completed degree in business administration (e.g. business administration or economics) with a focus on controlling ✓ Several years of professional experience in controlling or as an in-house consultant ✓ Strong strategic thinking and acting skills ✓ Ability to abstract complex processes and adapt to changing conditions and increasing complexity ✓ Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel ✓ Strong communication and presentation skills ✓ Strengths in argumentation and decision support, as well as methodological competence ✓ Open and constructive collaboration in networked teams ✓ Willingness to take on responsibility and work with heart, mind, and passion ✓ Respectful and appreciative interaction with colleagues and customers ✓ Interest in professional, methodological, and personal development
