    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a skilled and organized Sous Chef to assist our head chef in the kitchen.

    The Sous Chef will be responsible for supervising the kitchen staff, ensuring the quality of food preparation, and maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen environment.


    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience working in a highvolume kitchen environment
    • Working within a budget
    • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
    • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fastpaced environment
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist the head chef in planning and directing food preparation
    • Oversee and coordinate the work of kitchen staff
    • Ensure that food quality and presentation meet the set standards
    • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
    • Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
    • Train new kitchen staff and provide ongoing support and guidance

    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work well in a team environment
