- Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair a wide variety of HVAC equipment.
- Installation and commissioning of a wide variety of HVAC equipment.
- Perform maintenance of HVAC equipment.
- Build and sustain customer relationships to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain clear communications with customers while both on and off the customer job sites.
- Maintain and protect the company image and culture.
- Assist Operations Manager in maintaining inventory and tool procurement and individual service vehicle.
- Adhere to all company vehicle rules and regulations, ensuring safety of personnel, company property and customer relations.
- Participate in company-provided training to assure individual growth while keeping MCC Services among the -leaders in our field's technological advances.
- Assist in the development, training, and tutelage of other MCC Service field personnel.
- Promote and perform all aspects of MCC Services Safety policies and procedures.
- Interact with customers.
- Record data in mobile devices.
- Must have experience in the service of HVAC systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot, mechanical and diagnostic skills.
- Must have favorable driving record, pass drug screen and be eligible to work in country.
