Recruiting Assistant / Full-time or Part-time

Your tasks include supporting the processing of our recruitment orders at a high level


In detail, this means:

  • Comprehensive internetbased and telephone research, including contacting potential candidates to obtain suitable applications
  • Preparation of job interviews
  • Maintenance of the applicant management system
  • Contact management with applicants
  • Special tasks to support the management

Your profile is characterized by a degree in business administration or a comparable education and training (e.g. VWA, IHK). Ideally, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship beforehand
