    ABOUT THIS ROLE
    St. Michael's is hiring a Program Manager to oversee a Department of Homeland Security contract. As the Program Manager, you will provide oversight and guidance to a contractor team performing capability requirements development using DHS's Joint Requirements Integration and Management System (JRIMS). This client-facing role will benefit from your previous experience developing capability requirements documents and performing integrated master scheduling for major projects.     LOCATION
    Washington, DC

    WHO YOU ARE
    • 10 years of experience related to JRIMS requirements document generation and using integrated master schedules (IMS)
    • 5 years of management experience
    • 4 years of experience as a primary IMS scheduler
    • Experience with the DHS acquisition process as guided by DHS Instruction Acquisition Management
    • Master's degree in a relevant field such as Master of Project Management or Master of Business Administration.
    • Ability to successfully pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) fingerprint check.
    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
    • Serving as the central point of contact for the DHS JRIMS Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity contract
    • Solely responsible for successfully managing cost, schedule, and performance for all awarded task orders in accordance with the Statement of Work
    • Coordinating with the government point of contact and contractor team to resolve contract issues
    • Coordinating with St. Michael's Contracts Manager to ensure all necessary contractual and task order documents are in place to authorize performance
    • Working with recruiters to staff task order positions with qualified personnel within the required timeframe
    • Managing gross margin and profit for the DHS JRIMS IDIQ
    • Managing contract performance to maximize Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) ratings
