    Brand Manager at The VA Group

    Are you a creative marketing professional passionate about building and nurturing brands? The VA Group is seeking a talented and visionary Brand Manager to spearhead our branding efforts and propel our brand to new heights.

    If you have a knack for strategic brand development and management, we want you on our team

    Responsibilities:
    Develop and execute innovative brand strategies to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
    Oversee the creation and delivery of compelling marketing materials that align with our brand's identity and values.
    Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
    Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
    Analyze brand performance, measure the effectiveness of campaigns, and report on ROI.
    Coordinate with external agencies for PR, branding, and marketing initiatives as required.

    Requirements:
    Proven experience as a Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, or similar role in brand building and management.
    Strong understanding of brand development strategies and marketing principles.
    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
    Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring innovative ideas to life.
    Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including social media, content marketing, and SEO.
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
    Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic remote work environment.
