    Description

    Job Summary:
    This position is responsible for brand strategy, management, and marketing activities that drive network expansion, both organically and inorganically.

    Specifically, this position is responsible for overseeing brand management for the entire Caesars Entertainment portfolio of brands, as well as overseeing brand marketing activities connected to our growth strategy.

    As a leader within the Brand Strategy organization, this position is charged with helping to represent the voice of our brands and our target customers throughout the enterprise, as well as with partners/ external stakeholders.


    Primary Responsibilities:

    Brand Management:


    Establish and implement brand management guidelines, driving long-term performance on key brand health metrics and maximizing the value of our portfolio of brands.

    Oversee day-to-day brand management to ensure that our brand marketing efforts and the way our brands are brought to life on property are consistent with brand strategy

    Provide thought-leadership for cross-functional partners to optimize strategic marketing communications for our brands

    Partner with property leaders and marketing partners responsible to ensure that each brand experience is brought to life in an appropriate way

    Work closely with IP attorneys to file, maintain and defend trademark registrations

    Represent the voice of our brands (and our target consumers/guests) in key meetings to guide long-term business decisions

    Guide creative development, with both in-house agency and external agency/design partners, to ensure that all visual representations of our brands are consistent with the established strategic direction

    Provide strategic guidance on the development of brand standards (including creative standards, design & construction standards and operations standards) to optimize brand alignment and enhance brand equity

    Lead development of brand campaigns and assets – e.g., photography and video

    Develop high quality creative briefs and providing high quality, strategic feedback to guide the creative process

    Lead experiential design for our brands

    Establish direction and oversee implementation on experiential elements, content and interior/exterior design that help bring our brands to life

    Provide strategic direction and feedback on design & construction projects

    Contribute to RFP responses for global development/M&A opportunities

    Play key role in evaluating new business opportunities to enhance our network and/or brand portfolio, including brand licensing and acquisition opportunities

    Analyze and interpret consumer insights data and industry trends to identify and effectively communicate key insights and business opportunities across the enterprise


    Additional Job Requirements:
    Requires ability to work on a flexible schedule and/or travel up to 50% of the time.


    Preferred Qualifications:
    The ideal candidate will possess the following:

    3+ years of relevant professional experience in brand management and/or brand marketing, demonstrating progressive career growth and pattern of exceptional performance; prior experience in professional services (consulting/agency) preferred

    Previous experience managing direct reports, with pattern of cultivating strong talent

    Previous experience leading complex projects with creative agencies

    Strong strategic and analytical skills

    Deep sense of creativity and intellectual curiosity

    Demonstrated ability to collaborate with wide range of cross-functional stakeholders

    Demonstrated ability to operate proactively in high pressure, fast-paced environment

    Strong project management skills / ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

    Excellent oral, written and visual communication skills

    Exceptional executive presence and integrity

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; Master's or equivalent experience preferred
