Our team of over 1,750 employees from various professions is dedicated to this mission.

residential groups are a living and care facility for 24 individuals with intellectual disabilities, who live together in three groups.

We are currently seeking a:

Educator / Special Needs Caregiver / Geriatric Nurse (m/f/d)
for our location in Cologne-Ossendorf, with an indefinite contract and 33 hours per week.

What you can contribute:

Providing basic care for individuals with intellectual disabilities
Promoting independence
Managing budgets and assisting with financial management
Supporting the household selfsufficiency of the group
Assisting with personal life planning
Promoting social behavior
Supporting external contacts and social participation
Organizing leisure activities within and outside of the residential group
Assisting with nursing tasks

What convinces us:

Degree in education, special needs care, or geriatric nursing
Preferably experience in the field of intellectual disabilities
Established professionalism and proven ability to work in a team
Ability to work under pressure in a goaloriented, independent, and respectful manner
