Topple Diagnostics_ is an elite provider of diagnostic testing for patients who suffer from dizziness and imbalance.

Our company is looking for a highly motivated, flexible Certified Medical Assistant that will travel throughout the greater Baltimore area to perform premier vestibular testing for various local medical providers.

Topple Diagnostics_ has successful operations in Metro Atlanta, serving over 100+ locations. We are looking for an energetic, personable, articulate, organized leader to penetrate the Baltimore area. Starting as a Vestibular Technician representing Topple Diagnostics, this position will evolve into a leadership role as the company partners with more providers. Your energetic sales approach could help cultivate a larger presence in the growing territory, thereby giving you growth opportunities within the organization.


This associate will be required to drive daily Monday through Friday between various client locations throughout the Baltimore Area.

Responsibilities:


  • Daily Travel Required: Each day the Vestibular Technician travels to a different client location to perform all job duties.
  • Some overnight stay could be required for training; Per Diem for meals and hotel stay is provided by the company.
  • Set up and disassemble multiple pieces of vestibular diagnostic equipment and conduct diagnostic tests on patients in physicians' offices.
  • Perform stateoftheart vestibular testing (dizziness) on scheduled patients.
  • Interact with multiple providers' offices in a professional, courteous manner, working closely with providers and patients.
  • Work proficiently with webbased portals for clinical interpretation to ensure seamless and timely result submissions for customers.
  • As the business grows, assume a leadership position in the territory for additional technicians.
  • Always represent yourself as a professional as the face of Topple Diagnostics offering inoffice customer service with the ability to address all questions/concerns promptly.

Qualifications

  • Certified Medical Assistant Degree (preferred).
  • High School Diploma (required).
  • Physical ability to lift equipment in/out of the vehicle and assemble successfully.
  • Valid Driver's License and functional method of transportation (i.e. SUV or comparable vehicle.)
  • 3+ years in the medical industry working in a physician's office environment.
  • 2+ years worked with diagnostic equipment in a physician's office setting (ex. Xray, EKG, EMG, ABI's, etc.)
  • Prior medical management experience is a plus.
  • Overall knowledge of medical terminology, including, but not limited to: Current CPT Coding ( ICD10), Diagnosis Coding, National Coverage Determination, Limit Coverage Determinations, Federal Health Insurance, Commercial Health Insurance, etc.
  • Work proficiently with webbased portals for clinical interpretation to ensure seamless and timely result submissions for customers.
  • General knowledge of the functionality of Electronic Medical Records or Electronic Health Records for inoffice use.
  • Familiarity with various vestibular diagnostic testing equipment or having worked with patients who have peripheral or CNS vestibular dysfunction is a MAJOR plus.
  • Experience working as a Medical Assistant in the following specialties: ENT, Audiology, Neurotology, Neurology, or at a Dizziness/Balance Center or Concussion Center.
  • Experience working in an environment where patients with dizziness/balance issues were treated as a common disorder or having worked with patients who have a history of falls.
  • Proficient with technology and patient management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Must be highly motivated and selfdriven.
  • Punctual and selfdisciplined.

Compensation
- $22+/Hr

  • Monthly Bonus based on patients tested
  • Reimbursement for Car Mileage/Travel ($.625/mile, cap $1000 monthly)
  • Benefits after 90 days at Full-Time including Medical, Dental, 401K, 401k Matching, PTO, and vacation time

Pay:
From $22.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 36 per week
