But we do more than just manage maintenance services for commercial facilities-we pride ourselves on being a partner that not only helps our clients save time and solve problems, but keeps their facilities clean and safe.
We are looking for a Facility Solutions Manager (Account Manager) to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager's role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers within a territory, develop new business from existing clients (upselling) and actively seek new sales opportunities. If you are familiar with account management software (CRM) and have a flair for client communication we'd like to meet you
This position provides field support including training, guidance with starting new clients, troubleshooting customer request/complaints, coordinating site visits and develop long term relationships with clients and contractors. Serve as the local point of contact with clients and perform inspections on all accounts on a scheduled basis to ensure work performed satisfies company and client quality standards. Manage, expand and diversify client relationships with an eye toward potential add-on sales opportunities and the ability to determine pricing, staffing and logistics. Supervise and direct Account Compliance Manager(s); ensure the client's strategy is executed and all services are performed correctly.
EXPERIENCE
•3 - 5 year's sales/management experience in building maintenance, facility management or equivalent experience.
•Prior experience as an Account Manager, Business to Business Sales, Account Representative, or other customer service route-based positions preferred.
TRAVEL
•Must have a valid driver's license, access to reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
