Seven Hills RI is a human services agency that provides services for individuals with developmental disabilities. This position is responsible for planning, scheduling, staffing, coordinating, and monitoring services for participants in our Day Program.

Responsibilities:

Implement Individual Support Agreements for program participants
Develop goals, objectives, strategies and guidelines based upon the needs of the individuals
Coordinate, facilitate, and implement services
Monitor program goals and objectives
Liaise with family/guardians and state agencies to ensure quality care
Hire, train and supervise direct support staff

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field
3 years of progressive experience in human services with at least 1 year of management experience preferably working with adults with developmental disabilities

Pay:
$24.99 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
