    Description

    Claims Coordination Specialist: Fast-Paced Customer Care


    The Coordinator serves as the hub of all claims, responsible for speaking with customers, ongoing customer follow-up, handling service complaints, and ensuring required Cycle Time and insurance Service Level Agreement tasks deadlines are met. They will follow up daily with the OPS team to ensure that all required documentation, estimates, and procedures are followed according to program guidelines.



    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Understanding of the claims flow process – Water Mitigation, Reconstruction, Contents, and other Environmental work
    2. Manages data entry for each claim from First Notice of Loss through to completion in the CRM system
    3. Daily review of compliance tasks and job tasks completed on time
    4. Monitor jobs in operating systems making sure they efficiently flow through requirements cycle times keeping track by ensuring timely updates so necessary information is documented appropriately when calling homeowners or adjusting related services provided also involves updating homeowner/mortgage info initially not obtained during initial call which helps reduce complications down line further resulting efficient effective progression where appropriate staying within standards set by company which impacts everything preventing delays leading incomplete resolution leaving gaps opportunities could be missed potentially missing tight lines only goal here optimize resolve these matters promptly professionally always put clients needs first always proactive client communication indeed results good relationship trust authenticity.
