    Thrive's Private Practice Launcher takes all of the guesswork out of owning your own practice.

    Building your own private practice comes with a lot of uncertainty, risk, and paving your own way. The difference between Thrive's private practice launcher and some of the other companies promising to help you launch a practice is that this practice will be yours and you will receive 50-60 clients directly from us in your first year. Under our private practice launcher you will have the following benefits

    • Marketing and referral coaching
    • Systems for lead conversion and retention
    We cover all of the initial costs of running a private practice and guarantee that you will receive 60 leads from us in the first year. To inquire, send a resume as well as a message explaining why this offer excites you. We are looking for a few motivated clinicians for this unique opportunity and plan to be quite selective in the process. Since we will be disseminating leads from our waitlist, we only want to send to fantastic clinicians. Please do not inquire if you do not have active licensure with AZBBHE.

    We were able to send our most recent participant 20 leads in their first two weeks. We are open on start date but have immediate start date availability.

    Please note that you must have active licensure with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners, or be pending active licensure. Applicants who do not hold this status will not be considered. Licensure must be LAC, LPC, LAMFT, LMFT, LMSW, or LCSW.
