Position Summary

Responsibilities

• Contact individuals and businesses to collect outstanding payments
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements with debtors
• Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all collection activities
• Follow legal requirements and company policies when pursuing collections
• Provide excellent customer service while handling sensitive financial matters
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any billing or payment issues
• Conduct account analysis to identify delinquent accounts and develop strategies for collection
• Utilize financial concepts and account reconciliation skills to effectively manage accounts receivable

Requirements:

• Previous experience in collections or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of medical collection processes and terminology is a plus
• Familiarity with coding systems such as ICD10 is beneficial
• Strong negotiation and problemsolving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet collection targets
• Proficient in using computer software for data entry and record keeping

Pay:
From $22.00 per hour
