Responsibilities:


  • Independent processing of accounts payable accounting with tax review, including assistance/support with the following tasks:
  • Review and booking of travel expense reports
  • Processing of payments
  • Correspondence with purchasing department regarding invoice processing
  • Cash reconciliation for monthly closing
  • General correspondence
  • Support with VAT returns and summary declaration
  • Assistance with monthly and annual financial statements
  • Allocation and booking of general ledger and personal accounts
  • Reporting of statistics

Requirements:


  • Completed training as a tax clerk (m/f/d) preferred, or
  • Commercial training or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience in the field preferred
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience with SAP and knowledge of tax law preferred
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Coordination and cooperation skills
  • Sociable and eager to learn
