What to expect at Long Creek:

  • Project management: Planning and execution of complex maintenance and modernization measures in the field of technical building equipment, especially:
    • On-site inventory of technical systems, inspections with technical property managers and specialist planners
    • Cost estimation of modernization and maintenance measures
    • Preparation of engineering contracts and system specifications
    • Coordination of planning meetings
    • Preparation of performance specifications and review/correction of performance specifications by external planners
    • Handover of tender documents to central purchasing and participation in contract negotiations
  • Participation in the awarding process and instruction of contracted specialist companies, as well as formal acceptance of technical systems
  • Consultation and support of existing departments in the field of technical building equipment (investment planning from a technical perspective, optimization of technical solutions, preparation of bid requests)

What you bring:

  • Completed degree in building services engineering or equivalent vocational training in building services engineering with several years of professional experience and preferably additional qualifications (e.g. as a master plumber and heating installer)
