Do you have empathy to assist families who have just experienced a home catastrophe, and the courage to help?


You will collaborate with the emergency service manager and mitigation team to find and sell all types of emergency property damage, including fire, storm, water, hail, and more.


Salesman Duties and Responsibilities

  • Locate, contact, and visit residential and commercial properties that have sustained property damage
  • Use topnotch customer service to explain our company services and put prospective customers at ease that we can handle every step of their claim process
  • Communicate with mitigation manager and mitigation team to help coordinate providing prospective customers with realistic timelines and expectations to deliver exceptional service
  • Close sales on highly profitable leads
  • Collect authorizations for services to be provided
  • Develop relationships with local property managers, agents, emergency personnel, and administrators to help increase inbound referral leads

Salesman Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred: 2+ years of professional property damage sales (fire chasing, etc.), or other sales experience
  • Strong working knowledge of the restoration industry
  • Proficient in customer service in competitive environments
  • Good physical condition, stamina, and dexterity
