We are growing in the after-sales sector, therefore we are looking for several Technical Geniuses (m/f/d) at our locations as soon as possible.


Your tasks will include:

  • Independently preparing Genius appointments
  • Acting as a link between workshop management, service advisors, and service assistants
  • Advising customers (e.g. on digital systems in vehicles)
  • Identifying relevant defects and revenue opportunities on vehicles
  • Providing complete package feedback to service advisors in digital form
  • Improving employee and customer satisfaction as well as increasing revenue
  • Implementing measures (process updates)
  • Providing technical support before and, if necessary, with customers

You bring with you:

  • Completed commercial or technical training and several years of professional experience
  • Driver's license class B
  • Very good computer skills
  • Independent, structured, and projectoriented work style
