- Leadwork skills to assign, guide and direct the work activities of the Copy File Review unit to achieve work area goals.
- Customer service skills to answer questions, advise customers and explain rules, regulations, policies and procedures in a clear, concise, and professional manner to both internal and external customers.
- Knowledge of Accounts Receivable and computerized billing systems sufficient to enter and access information, and identify and correct errors
- Skill in using spreadsheet applications, such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to enter, compile, store, and retrieve data.
- Database management sufficient to enter and retrieve data.
- Experience with Microsoft Access database.
- Experience with Accounts Receivable.
- Knowledge of Workers' Compensation statutes and laws and data privacy.
- Knowledge of CAMPUS, Daedalus or Informix.
- Language skills other than English (such as Somali, Spanish, Hmong, Karen or ASL).
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, including those who may not share your same culture, ethnicity, language, or common experiences.

Under limited supervision this position is responsible for maintaining the accounts' receivable function and providing internal and external customer assistance in acquiring information regarding workers' compensation cases.
