    Description

    Duties and Responsibilities

    1. Match open IDOCs to open GR items.
    2. Reconcile all DSD / Rack vendor statements as they are received.
    3. Support Team with the completion of all GR/IR variances
    4. Support Team with clearing open of ACH/ Draft vendor's table entries over 60 days old.
    5. Support Team with vendor disputes and corrections including providing remit and check information as needed
    6. Complete document reversal requests submitted through the ServiceNow platform.
    7. Reconcile Alcohol Draft communications via Fintech and Icontrol external database.
    8. Support Team with the reconciliation of all Store Vendors every 60 days.
    9. Reconcile parked invoices older than 14 days
    10. Provide site level management with feedback related to SAP Retail receiving issues.

    Qualifications

    1. Effective oral and written communication skills
    2. Ability to work under pressure
    3. Minimum 1 year accounting experience
    4. Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Business Administration or equivalent work experience
    5. Site management experience is a plus
