    Position Overview:


    We are seeking an Operations Team Lead with a preferred background in manufacturing and distribution.

    This role requires a strategic thinker and problem solver who can oversee the day-to-day operations of both our production line and order fulfillment processes.


    Key Responsibilities:



    • Mange the daily manufacturing, order fulfillment processes and team, ensuring highquality product output, efficiency and accurate fulfillment.
    • Train new employees and aid in the hiring and evaluation processes.
    • Maintain inventory records and coordinate with management and/or suppliers to ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials.
    • Aid in the development of, and oversee the execution of quality control measures to maintain product standards.
    • Maintain maintenance logs and ensure preventative maintenance is completed.
    • Troubleshoot daily challenges as the arise, escalating as needed (ie staffing changes, equipment issues).
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

    Qualifications:



    • Previous supervisory experience, with strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
    • Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
    • Minimum high school diploma

    Preferred Qualifications:


    • Previous experience in both manufacturing and order fulfillment.
    • Excellent problemsolving skills.
    • Previous forklift experience.
