- Oversee the financial operations of the company, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management and the board of directors.
- Manage the company's cash flow and treasury functions, including investments, debt financing, and risk management.
- Analyze financial statements and reports to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.
- Monitor and control costs to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Conduct financial analysis to support decisionmaking on investments, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
- Oversee revenue cycle management to optimize cash flow and minimize bad debt.
- Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory agencies as required.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience in financial management, corporate finance, and treasury management.
- Strong knowledge of financial report interpretation and analysis.
- Ability to effectively manage a team and drive results through collaboration.
- Experience in cost control measures and implementing financial controls.
- Proficient in financial analysis techniques and tools.
- Familiarity with payroll processes and regulations.
- Experience in revenue cycle management and optimizing cash flow.
- Knowledge of mergers and acquisitions processes.
