full time (40 hours/week) and
part time (less than 30 hours/week)
_Seasonal Contact Center Representatives_ in our 24/7/365 New Berlin call center Paying
$17.75 after training program is successfully completed We are hiring for First and Second Shift.
Diggers Hotline is looking for talented individuals who will be responsible for answering inbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
As a Contact Center Representative, you will respond to inquiries and perform ticket processing duties for utilities, contractors, and homeowners from throughout the State of Wisconsin to ensure safe excavation.

Are you qualified?

Are you able to read & interpret documents such as policy and procedure manuals - can you read a map and have the
ability to identify north, south, east, & west? This is a vital part of the job.
- Do you have the ability to adhere to a work schedule and show up to work on time each and every shift?
- Can you listen effectively and problemsolve? Are you able to communicate clearly and effectively with confidence and tact?
- Do you have strong computer skills that include general keyboarding & program navigation?
