Pay:

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at our Freehold, NJ location. If you enjoy helping others and making a difference in other's lives, we are searching for you.

Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group counseling to clients with mental health and behavioral health issues
Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
Implement evidencebased interventions and treatment modalities
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care for clients
Monitor and evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate and uptodate client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Provide crisis intervention services as necessary
Advocate for clients' rights and access to resources
Stay current on best practices in mental health counseling and incorporate them into practice

Requirements:

Master's degree in Social Work or related field
Current state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
Knowledge of psychopharmacology and ability to collaborate with medical professionals on medication management
Familiarity with ICD9 coding for billing purposes
Strong understanding of mental health counseling principles and techniques, including motivational interviewing
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality of client information
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with diverse populations
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
