Guest Services Representative - FULL TIME:
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests upon arrival and check them in using the hotel's computer system
- Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Assist guests with luggage and provide directions to their rooms
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process guest checkouts and collect payments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel computer systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
