The Interventional Support Center (ISC) located at 3520 South 76th Street is seeking a Muti-Skilled Plant Operator to join their team:
Summary:
At the ISC, the Multi-Skilled Plant Operator is responsible for following all duties assigned by the manager.
- Maintenance, installation and repair of commercial / industrial HVAC systems and HVAC & Boiler equipment
- Testing and preventive maintenance on HVAC & Boiler related equipment
- When needed, work with 3phase Electric and be able to troubleshoot electrical control circuits
- Experience with Plumbing systems; Carpentry and Lock repairs; Painting, Patching and Wall Coverings is a plus
Credentials:
A Philadelphia Engineer's "A" License or equivalent license (required)
A CFC license for handling low tonnage (chillers) cooling equipment (required)
Education or Equivalent Experience:
High School graduate or GED (required)
Minimum of two (2) years of specialized training for HVAC (required)
Minimum of 4 years full time HVAC experience with a bona fide HVAC contractor or employer (required)
Experience working with Boilers (preferred)
Experience in Healthcare facilities (preferred)
