_Job Summary:
_

Provide administrative and technical support in the following HR disciplines; classification/compensation, records management, and recruitment.

This includes providing customer service to internal and external customers receiving, verifying, collecting, and reviewing any necessary paperwork; verifying, advertising, tracking, and communicating with Hiring Managers regarding recruitment notices; administering fingerprinting process for new hire staff members; preparing, maintaining, tracking and ensuring Human Resources files are accurately archived according to the Arizona State Library Archives and Public Records retention schedule.
