- Lead IT operations to ensure seamless technology support across the organization, covering both on-premises and cloud environments.
- Manage and optimize vendor relationships and contracts for cost-effective, reliable service.
- Implement and manage scalable, reliable cloud architecture solutions including AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Develop and oversee DevOps practices to streamline the development, deployment, and operations processes.
- Provide high-level support and escalation for complex IT and cloud infrastructure issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Enhance system stability and user satisfaction through refined operational processes.
- Oversee IT hardware and software procurement, deployment, and lifecycle management. Coordinate major projects such as office relocations and renovations to ensure minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices for IT and cloud environments.
- Lead strategic initiatives to enhance IT infrastructure, cloud services, and overall technology operations.
- Oversee and support cloud engineering initiatives, including cloud cost optimization, provisioning, scaling, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve operational efficiency.
- Support helpdesk functions, providing resolution and follow-up for incidents involving network, servers, applications, and peripherals to ensure high-quality end-user support.
- Manage ReachMobi's website, ensuring it is secure, up-to-date and optimized.
- 6+ years of experience in IT operations management or a related senior role.
- Expertise in managing IT infrastructure, cloud services, and vendor relationships.
- Proven leadership in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of process improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Across all organizational levels.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert are preferred.
