- Prepare and dispatch daily funding letters and registers to clients promptly.
- Reconcile processed work by meticulously verifying entries and cross-referencing system reports with balances.
- Monitor daily bank account activities and ensure accurate allocation to individual customer accounts.
- Address inquiries from clients managing their own bank accounts, offering timely troubleshooting and support.
- Post and release registers in Impact and Redcard systems efficiently.
- Facilitate internal setup and termination of groups in Impact software.
- Verify client accounts through meticulous reconciliation of monthly statements and associated transactions.
- Uphold organization's confidentiality standards by safeguarding sensitive information.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations by actively participating in educational opportunities.
- Fulfill additional accounting duties as required to support organizational goals.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to thoroughness.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in analyzing information and identifying discrepancies.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
