    Job DescriptionPosition OverviewLicensed Practical Nurse/ Registered Nurse- Promotes and restores patients' health by completing the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families. Location and Hours of PositionPHN Punxsutawney Health Center 200 Prushnok Dr.


    Punxsutawney, PA NOTE:
    This position is for 40hrs a week with flexible time


    General office hours:


    Monday 8:30 am - 6:00 pmTuesday 8:30 am - 6:00 pmWednesday 8:30 am - 6:00 pmThursday 8:30 am - 6:00 pmFriday 8:30 am - 4:00 pmNO WEEKENDS CompensationRN starts at $28 per hour, LPN starts at $20 per hour.

    PHN will recognize experience, education, and site location when determining wage. Qualifications

    • Graduate of an approved school of nursing
    • Infection Control and strong clinical knowledge
    • Administering Medication
    • Previous venipuncture and injection experience preferred
    • Previous experience in calling prescriptions under a provider's direction
