We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.

As an integral member of our practice, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent client service.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy
  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a prompt and efficient manner
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documents
  • Assist with completing the mail and check log
  • Provide administrative support to team members as required
  • Handle various projects and tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications:


  • Associate degree or higher
  • Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
