Landscape Technician - Montgomery, United States - Golden Bear Lawns

Description

Experienced Landscape Laborer with crew leadership experience preferred, but not required.

Mechanical knowledge of common mowing equipment a plus.

Experience with common landscape installation work a plus. Includes mulch, planting flowers, planting, shrubs, planting trees, caring for turf/plants, installing hardscapes, etc.

Must have high school education or higher.

Must have a valid state issued drivers license.

Job is five days and 40 hours per week during primary season (March-October) and may be part-time in the off season (November-February), but supplemented with Christmas Light installations.

Overtime and quarterly bonus available. Consist of a combination of mowing and landscape jobs each week. Ability to work alone and/or manage other team members when needed.

Pay-for-Performance program available after two week onboarding/training program. Ability to make $5-10/hr in addition to base pay.
