Carlsbad Jet Center is an FBO that provides exceptional flight support and travel services to private aircraft and airlines at the McClellan-Palomar Airport.

Our team works together to provide a great customer experience while conducting safe and efficient operations.

This position is responsible for leading and managing a team that strategically coordinates the day-to-day aviation traffic on our ramp and anticipates customer needs throughout our property.

Daily duties include hiring and training of a line service team, foster a culture of development within your team responding appropriately to the rapidly changing set of priorities while keeping customer service top of mind, recommending and implementing improvements to internal procedures that improve financial performance, monitoring safety in all daily tasks such as fueling and aircraft movements, ensure completion of necessary reporting, collaborating with fellow leaders to provide a seamless experience, understanding and complying with the security requirements of the TSA, and anything in between that would lead to a great and personalized customer service experience.

Minimum Job Qualifications
This position is Full Time. You must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. We are open 365 days/year.

A High School Diploma or GED required, College degree preferred. Previous Management experience required, 2+ years preferred. College degree preferred. You must be 18 years of age or older and currently hold a valid driver license in good standing. All employees must pass and continue a mandated random controlled substance testing program. Must be able to lift 50+lbs
